The stress of not being able to eat or Make your favorite foods during the Holiday season can really get you down But I have three recipes that you won't Even believe are low carb plus they're So easy to make you won't have to spend Your entire Christmas in the kitchen I've turned some classic holiday recipes Keto and put a unique Twist on some of Them These will save you time without Sacrificing on Flavor so let's get to Cooking so we can have a little fun this Holiday season and still say keto first Up is dessert and if you can't decide Whether you want pumpkin pie or cake Just make both with this keto pumpkin Dump cake recipe this cake has three Layers a pumpkin pie layer a spongy Fluffy cake layer and a streusel topping And it's a dump cake recipe so it's not Much work to do and you don't have all These dishes to do afterwards start by Adding a can of 100 pure pumpkin puree To a bowl don't get the pumpkin pie Filling because that stuff is loaded in Sugar make sure it's 100 pumpkin then Pour a half a cup of heavy whipping Cream and a half a cup of nut milk and I'm using macadamia nut milk you could Actually use all whipping cream here if You wanted to but I usually like to get A little bit easy on the dairy Fuller go Easy on the Pepsi then crack in five

Eggs a half a cup of sugar-free Sweetener that measure is cut for cup With sugar and I'll have the brand that I used listed down below and then one Teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice mix that Together until it's combined And now it's time to dump this dump cake Can go in a rectangle baking dish like a 9×13 or an 8 by 10. I'm going to try Using a square dish today because I Found that the rectangle dishes they Made a really really flat cake not very Thick and I really want to show off Those layers today so we're using a Square baking dish just make sure you Spray your dish with cooking spray first And then line it with parchment paper Then we'll pour our pumpkin mixture into The baking dish and I did say that these Recipes are going to have shortcuts so Instead of baking a cake from scratch We're going to be using one of my Favorite keto box cake mixes which is This one from King Arthur Baking Company I love this cake because not only is it The best tasting keto box cake I've ever Tried so far but it's gluten free and It's very low in carbs every serving is Like two grams of net carbs sprinkle This cake mixture all over your pumpkin Layer and I know that some of you guys Are going to ask about using a different Keto brand of cake mix and the answer is I am not quite sure it might work it

Might not work I'm maybe like 98.7 sure That it's gonna work but there's always That chance you don't need to press or Stir the cake mix in we want it dry Because as that cake bakes all the Moisture from that pumpkin layer is Going to help cook our cake as well as The three quarters of a cup of melted Butter that we're gonna pour on top and It's completely fine if some of these Areas have dry cake because that's What's going to help form our streusel Topping but I will use a helping hand Just to get some of that butter to Spread around a little bit more and Maybe I should have gone with a larger Baking dish here because this one is Borderline Disaster it's almost going to Overflow then top with one cup of Chopped pecans and this will go into the Oven to bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 Minutes if you're using a rectangle like 9 by 13 baking dish it's going to take Longer if it's that square bacon dish Because it is a lot thicker so that Would take around 50 to 60 Minutes you Just want to make sure that the middle Is spongy and not jiggly so make sure You bake it for extra time if it's still Jiggly in the middle and if you feel Like your pecans are getting a little Bit too dark and roasted then just cover It with aluminum foil and that should Help protect them these layers are so

Fantastic Not only was this easy to make But it's something that you could Actually bring to holiday dinner and Everyone will enjoy it Foreign [Music] This next recipe isn't just for the Holidays it's perfect for any Gathering Or even tailgating too I'm going to show You how to turn that classic cocktail Weenie dish that uses grape jelly into a Low carb version and for this we just Need three ingredients 10 ounces of Barbecue sauce there are many low carb Barbecue sauces out there and they all Are about the same in terms of net carbs You just kind of have to go with which One is your favorite I love the brand Lily's Cube just because the flavor is Really good and they have some new Flavors out this one is a hot Smoky Barbecue sauce so it adds a little bit Of heat and pairs nicely with our second Ingredient which is grape jelly I was Thrilled when chalk zero released this Grape jelly spread because I knew I Wanted to make these keto cocktail Weenies why do I keep saying weenie I don't wieners little smokies what do You call them anyway this Jam is only One gram of net carb per tablespoon and We're going to be using five ounces and Of course you're gonna need little Smokies 28 ounces now before you start

Typing that little smokies aren't keto And they're processed and we shouldn't Be eating them first they're only two Grams of net carbs per five weenies so You can easily vet that into your Macros Second stick to your lane if you don't Want to eat them then don't eat them but You don't need to preach to others that You shouldn't eat them keto is not a one Size fits all we all do keto and low Carb differently and we all have Different goals too and third I have a Solution for you they're actually Cocktail weenies that are made from 100 Grass-fed beef they don't have sugar and There's less than one gram of carb per Five weenies this brand is Teton Waters Ranch and I actually found it at my Local grocery store which is Safeway I'm Going to slow cook these in my instant Pot on low for two to three hours but I'm going to give you guys instructions For cooking them on the stovetop Down Below in the description box or on my Website these turned out So good and if you want a thicker sauce You can always remove the sauce put it In a saucepan and reduce it on the stove Top until it turns thicker and then Drizzle it on your weenies Little smokies but these are an easy Holiday appetizer that you can make and With a few substitutions no one is going To tell that there's only 0.6 grams of

Carbs per weenie I bet you're wondering what I'm gonna do With these and if they're even keto well They're going to be going in my next Recipe which is a salad no not that kind Of salad jello salad I don't even know Why they called it a jello salad there's No lettuce in it but it's a classic Holiday dish that we're gonna turn keto And we're gonna use these marshmallows To do it starting with our first layer The red layer I'm using this Jello here From the brand simply delish it's zero Carbs and it's plant-based you want to Prepare it according to the package Directions so add a pack in along with a Third cup of cold water once that's Dissolved add in one and third cups of Boiling water stir that and then pour That into your Jello mold or a square Baking dish then we'll refrigerate this For 60 minutes And once that's set we can start working On our white layer which is where I use These first add a tablespoon of Unflavored plain gelatin to a small bowl And I'm using the brand by Great Lakes Then pour in a quarter cup of water stir It and then we're just going to let it Set to bloom for three to five minutes Once all of that water has absorbed We're going to transfer this to a larger Bowl and then pour in one cup of boiling Water

Give that a stir until all of your Gelatin is mixed in and now it's time For squishies we're gonna add in two Cups of sugar-free marshmallows now There's two brands that you can use for This recipe the first one is by chalk Zero they recently released some Marshmallows keto marshmallows that are Sugar-free sugar alcohol free they're Actually squishy they look like Marshmallows taste like marshmallows you Can even roast these too I was lucky Enough to snag a bag when they first Released them then they had to pause Production for a little bit so hopefully By the time you guys are watching this Video they are back in stock and you can Order these ones there's another brand That you can try using it's called Max Mellow and I haven't used it Particularly in this recipe but I Believe it should work too they're also Keto approved zero sugar in these Marshmallows the point of adding these Marshmallows is we want them to dissolve In our gelatin mixture because we want That flavor so stir them around and then You might have to microwave these a Couple of times at 30 second intervals And stirring in between to get them to Dissolve and if you think of the Microwave is the devil then just cook Them on the stovetop Once it's dissolved we're going to add

In a quarter cup of heavy cream now Before we pour this white mixture on top Of our set red Jello you have to be Patient you can't let this pour in when It's still hot because it will actually Melt your red Jello and just become this Like pinky whitish color so we don't Want that so you have to let it cool to Room temperature so while you wait you Can decorate your tree or your house or Play with your dog no leave that there No It should take around 15 minutes And you can see that I was a little bit Impatient because I can start to see Some pink coming up on this side but oh Well it's still going to taste good it Just might be a little pink in some Areas then refrigerate this for about an Hour or until it's set and we'll work on Our Green Layer simply delish does have A lime Jello unfortunately I didn't have Time to order it before I wanted to make This recipe so I had to settle on Sugar-free Jello that I picked up at my Grocery store and I know it doesn't have The cleanest of Keto ingredients has Some that aren't the best all these Right here but I have to kind of make do With what I have again you just choose What kind you want to use you want to Use a sugar-free stuff totally fine We're going to mix up this Jello According to the package directions and

Wait again for it to cool to room Temperature before adding it to our White layer so again fluff up your tree Pour a glass of wine play with the dog And then add your Green Layer once it's Cooled to room temperature this will go Back in the refrigerator to set for an Hour or you can let it go overnight once It's set you'll slide off the mold and Look at that jiggle of course you could Add fruit like strawberries and blue Blueberries to this if you want to get Like more colorful and fiesta-ish Festive Festus for the rest of us and The marshmallow adds a sweet creamy Middle with just a hint of marshmallow Flavor it's fantastic these shortcuts 100 make keto easy this time of year so If you're searching for ways to enjoy The holidays and stick to your goals Click right here because I have a few Ideas for you
