Almond Yogurt Cake ¾ cup (210 grams) plain Greek yogurt 3 large eggs, at room temperature 1 teaspoon (4 milliliters) vanilla extract ⅓ cup + 1 tablespoon (83 grams) melted coconut oil 2 cups (200 grams) ) blanched almond flour ⅓ cup (65 grams) granulated erythritol 2 teaspoons (8 grams) baking powder ¼ teaspoon (1 grams) salt Place dough in an 8 x 4-inch (20 x 10 centimeters) lined with parchment paper. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius) for 40-50 minutes until the edges are golden brown. Let it cool before serving. Sprinkle with powdered erythritol (optional). Thanks for watching!
