Keto pancakes ingredients. 5 ounces of almond flour. 1/4 cup of granulated erythritol natural sweetener. 1 teaspoon of baking powder 2 teaspoons of vanilla essence 1/3 cup of unsweetened almond milk. 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter. 2 large eggs. whisk into a batter. Ghee (clarified butter) Fry the pancake batter until golden brown and bubbles appear on top. Serve with sugar-free maple syrup, butter, or sugar-free whipped cream.
