Easy Keto Breakfast Prep – Chia Seed Pudding Recipe

This vanilla chia seed pudding was one of my favorite meal preps for an on the go keto breakfast to just grab and go. I usually top with berries of any kind.

*️⃣ 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
*️⃣ 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
*️⃣ 2 tsp vanilla extract
*️⃣ 1/8 tsp salt
*️⃣ 1/3 cup chia seeds
*️⃣ sweetener to taste (I used 1 1/2 tbsp Swerve)

1️⃣ Mix all ingredients.
2️⃣ Let sit 5-10 minutes.
3️⃣ Mix again to get rid of any clumped seeds.
4️⃣ Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.

*️⃣You can top with berries and cinnamon plus other macro friendly toppings of choice.

To begin with i have one cup unsweetened Almond milk here Um And half a cup of heavy whipping cream Um i will need Some salt it calls the recipe calls for 1 8 salt i’m just gonna Pour a little bit in there Need two Teaspoons of vanilla And one third cup chia seeds You’re gonna mix all that Um it looks like this right now But it will Change consistency More like a pudding consistency when it Is refrigerated for at least two hours
